Our Founders' Story
Pegasus Insights was born out of frustration — and a vision for something better. Founded by experienced financial consultants from top tier firms, our founders spent years working alongside CFOs and finance teams building hundreds of cashflow models for private equity-backed and mid-market companies. Time and again, they witnessed the same challenges: outdated tools, fragmented data, and inefficient reporting cycles that left finance leaders struggling to keep pace with investor demands.
Existing FP&A solutions promised improvement but often delivered complexity — lengthy implementations, rigid workflows, and a disconnect from the realities of day-to-day finance management. Determined to change this, our team set out to build a solution that finance professionals would actually want to use — one that enhanced, rather than disrupted, their existing workflows.
The result was Pegasus Insights — a platform purpose-built to give finance leaders real-time cash visibility, faster reporting cycles, and actionable insights to drive smarter decisions. Designed by finance professionals, for finance professionals, Pegasus delivers the clarity, control, and speed that today’s finance teams need to thrive.

Ben Garthwaite
Head of Pegasus InsightsA Finance and Data Science Master, Ben leads Pegasus Insights, Impact Point’s innovative software division. Ben unites his deep expertise in both finance and technology to solve the toughest pain points CFOs face. Ben has deep Cashflow Modeling Experience and has deployed dozens of cashflows across the Middle Market. Ben is also a former Marine Infantryman and Purple Heart recipient and regularly participates in Veterans Charities.
Jose Fornell
Partner at Impact PointJose is the Co-Found of Impact Point, Pegasus Insights Parent Company. Jose has deep experience in both FP&A & Transformation. Prior to founding Impact Point Jose worked at both BCG & A&M where he has experience completing hundreds of cashflow models.
Franco Oropeza
Lead EngineerFranco is the Chief Engineer at Pegasus, Franco is full-stack engineer and has been with Pegasus since day one. Franco leads Pegasus's best-in-class Engineering team who are constantly building new features that solve Cash Management Pain Point. Franco has over a decade of experience working with companies to build solutions from the ground up.
Isabella Antonini
Product ManagerIsabella is the lead product manager at IPC, where she oversees the development of the Liquidity Management SaaS solution, Pegasus Insights. With a unique blend of expertise in computer science and psychology from the University of Miami, Isabella has built a successful career in product development, combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of user needs.
Chad Stacey
Partner at Impact PointChad Stacey is a Co-Found of Impact Point the parent company of Pegasus Insights. Chad has 16+ years of experience in M&A Merger Intergration. Working previously at A&M & EY he is an expert on the Middle Market.
Shannon Phillip
Operations ManagerShannon manages Operations for Pegasus, including Implementations and Support. Shannon has been in FinTech since 2017, specializing in Payment Processing and Core Banking. Starting in production support at Fiserv, Shannon has supported all areas of FinTech Operations.
